Italian-Style Aged Cow’s Milk Cheese

Intense and Aromatic Flavor with Long Aging
Inspired by Italian cheese-making tradition, this aged cow’s milk cheese offers an intense, slightly sharp flavor full of character. Made with Lithuanian cow’s milk and following Grana Padano production techniques, it is available in various aging stages—12, 24, and up to 36 months, giving it a firm texture and deep flavor. Perfect for adding a gourmet touch to any dish.

Aging: 12, 24, and 36 months
Formats: 180 g wedge, Flakes, grated, or crumbles in 100 g, 500 g, and 1 kg bags, Block cuts: 1/32 (1 kg), 1/16 (2 kg), 1/8 (4 kg), and 1/4 (16 kg)
Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments
Allergens: contains milk and dairy products (including lactose)
Recommended use: ideal for grating over pasta, pairing with meats, enriching sauces, or enjoying on its own with nuts or a fine wine


 

PDO Feta Cheese

Traditional Sheep and Goat Cheese with a Mediterranean Flavor
The original feta cheese, produced using traditional Greek methods, contains at least 70% sheep’s milk and up to 30% goat’s milk. Its production excludes powdered milk, condensed milk, and additives, giving it an authentic and natural flavor.

Aging: 2 months
Formats: Vacuum-packed block: 150 g and 2 x 100 g, Rectangular brine tubs: 900 g and 2 kg, Slices: 400 g, 1 kg, and 2 kg,  Cubes: 150 g, 900 g, and 2 kg, Vacuum-packed bar: 2 kg,  Metal tin: 4 kg, 7.5 kg, and 14 kg
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk (max. 30%), rennet, lactic ferments, calcium chloride, and salt
Allergens: contains milk and dairy products (including lactose)
Recommended use: ideal for salads, with pasta, in traditional dishes like moussaka, or to prepare Mediterranean sauces like tzatziki


 

Traditional White Cheese

Traditional white cow’s milk cheese typical of countries like Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Romania. Its clean, fresh flavor combined with a slight salty note—thanks to its preservation in brine—makes it a versatile staple for all types of dishes. Available in multiple formats: vacuum-packed blocks, brine tubs, slices, cubes, vacuum-packed bars, and metal tins.

Ingredients: 100% pasteurized cow’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet, calcium chloride, and salt
Allergens: contains milk and milk derivatives (including lactose)
Recommended use: perfect for fresh salads, breakfasts, and appetizers. Pairs wonderfully with tomato, olives, and fresh herbs for an authentic Mediterranean experience
