CHARACTERISTICS

Ingredients

Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, and lactic ferments. Preservative: egg-derived lysozyme.
Coating: polyvinyl acetate with preservatives E-202 and E-235 and colorant E-172.

Goat Cheese with a Mild and Fresh Flavor
Made from pasteurized goat’s milk and a smooth mold, it stands out for its unique fresh milk taste. Available in various aging levels: fresh, soft, and semi-cured. Formats: 2.3 kg wheel and 1/4 wedge.

Ingredients: goat’s milk, salt, rennet, and lactic ferments.
Allergens: contains lactose and egg derivatives (lysozyme).
Recommended consumption: serve at 16 °C, open 20 minutes before serving to enhance aroma and flavor. Cut into 2 cm cubes or 5 mm thick wedges.
